Just wanted to introduce myself, i'm new to all this so will probably need all the help I can get! My names Vish and will be claiming bank charges back from HSBC & Barclaycard(hopefully).

Have a good read through thethreads for info and tips and start threads in the Barclaycard and HSBC forums that way if you have any queeries someone with experiance with those banks can advise.
