Charging order dismissed me vs cabot

caould anybody explain what this letter means i have received to day please

Before the district judge xxxxxx

'The application for charging order to be dimissedf,

The claiment to serve on the defendant (mysel) a statement from inception of

the accounts to date including a chronology of assighnment by 22/04/2011.

No costs to be added to the defendants account



This has been an ongowing battle with cabot for 12 onths.
