They claim to have been given the task of crediting peoples accounts with refunded bank charges. They then ask for your bank / card details to put through the refund.
THE OFT TEST CASE IS STILL IN FULL SWING, EVERYTHING IS STILL ON HOLD. WHEN IT IS CONCLUDED THE BANKS / FSA WILL NOT BE ASKING CMCs TO HANDLE REFUNDS.
