• Voluntary Termination HELP!!!!

hi I've recently sent letter email and called GMAC for voluntary termination had some hiccups to begin with that are now sorted but they have sent me a letter to sign and send back in order to proceed with voluntary termination. they advised on the letter there is zero balance to voluntary terminate my car which is great but next to it states that there is a balance for additional products. after speaking to them they advised this is for gap insurance and warranty on the car and that the monthly payments I made to GMAC monthly only a minimal amount goes to this part of the contract and now say I owe over £400 for (additional products ) does anyone know if this is in fact a true thing or are they totally trying to screw me over??????? help is needed and very much appreciated x

    Re: Voluntary Termination HELP!!!!

Are you able to provide a copy of the agreement you signed with GMAC with your personal details redacted?

You can send an email to admin@leaglebeagles.info and Amethyst will pick it up.

There has been some recent issues with GMAC and HP agreements but I've yet to see one so I cannot really give you a proper answer until I see what the whole agreement says and how its calculated.

Hi Steph, I don't think Amethyst has received the email yet, you alternatively upload them from here if you click on the "Go Advanced" button below the quick reply box, and then you will see a paperclip icon which is the attachments button, this will allow you to upload them direct. Or you could try and resend to the email address again.
