OFT publish report on PCA markets following 2008 consultation

The OFT yesterday published their long awaited, but still initial, follow up report to the Personal Current Account market study remedies consultation to which Legal Beagles were invited to submit a formal response back in November 2008. We are pleased that the report takes on board many of our recommendations and ideas.
