      Ya I been in court to defend a side aside ccj,had help court from since 2016, I got I'll again,so had medical disability evidence to support applications for stay of hearing till which I never offered help to in Court,I'm completely disability ilnness so, very hard to manage this, only my area cizten advice worker help fill from in and one to help on fees ,I'm o. Disability dwp benfits .
      Ok no family help no friends to come with me on date 14.6.2017 in which no one in court of Clark offer any disability reasonable adjustment,
      I tried on my own..
      I had shown Lowell solicitors female,I had printed out Property of new tablet mobile contract offer dated 24.10.2014.clause I said shown 11.a I did both write and in store cancelled offer Lowell never had this copy, old version of 14.4.2017 .on a mobile device.

      I had judge refused this evidence this was in print fromat..I verified I not in breach, terms conditions.i had given copies to lawyer at court,to I'll to sent before then.
      Evidence was dismissed by judge he claimed unable to read my defense statement,
      Told I had to rewire it or type it resend it.he made a order I get details in post.

      I'm in complete shock not agree,I done what I reasonable could.

      Now on 17.7.2017 Monday,a order came I trying to get support what to do as, order dated 7.7.2017 says I much resent by 5.7.2017 same defense statement paperwork again in readable fromat...other wise ccj stands I be order to pay additional costs 120 on top claim costs . I 1,000,

      The court clerk made mistake on order , how could I comply by 5.7.2017 when never received it till 17.7.2017.plus to right hand side date put is 7.7.2017.

        This all doesn't sound very fair at all. Terrible that you haven't been able to get any help or any reasonable adjustments through court.

        Do you still have a copy of the defence statement ? The court could have written to you before the hearing about legibility. And citizens advice could have helped out more.

        Would you be able to take a photograph of it and email it to me? Admin@legalbeagles.info

        Also, if you can, a picture of the order you have received.

        Have you spoken to the court about the date on the order since you received it?
