Re: Bw legal - final request letter

Hi, i have replied to BW Legal with the details they requested and also sent the affordability letter to PayDayUK as advised.
I have just been through my paperwork in regards to this loan and can see that the loan was activated on 5th August 2011, which does make this statute barred now. Should I also send a letter stating this to BW Legal? Many thanks.

Rachael Withers is the director of both Prac and bw legal.
I recently discovered companies have to pay £550 for every complaint to the financial ombudsman, they get the first 50 free but charged there after.
My aim is to get at least 1000 people with genuine complaints to complain and ruin PRAC and BW legal and get them shut down.
Also every time you speak to BW request a transcript of the call.
Together we can bring down these unscrupulous companies.
Don't be afraid to answer your phone speak to them and request a transcript of the call.
I am happy to advise or even call on behalf of people as I understand they be intimidating.
