  • Voluntary Termination

    Hi

Today I VT my car and they took it away, I was worried about costs with it been a 10 year old car, so had all intentions of not signing any paper work. He went round the car and told me it was £0 there would be no charges at this poo t i thought champion and signed the document and even took a photo of it. After he had gone I checked the paper I noticed to boxes he didn't mention to me and to be honest I should have checked. These were mechanical problems (£TBA) and other damage costs to be confirmed at Mannheim after delivery. I could shoot my self for signing I should have stuck to my guns and not signed.

Where do I stand with charges that may come of this?

Thanks in advance for any replays.
