    my son had a fine from magistres court 2 years ago he does not work we filled in form with court and i as a father was paying £20 a month, i missed last months as couldnt afford it this morning i had marston at door demandng the outstanding fine of £170 plus there charges of over £200, what can be done , have talked them off untill midday today (wednesday), i called court to pay direct but they said i cant and can only pay marston HELP

    Has he ever had a Final Steps Notice from the Court advising to bring his account up to date, failure to do so could then result in a number of actions being taken - Bailiffs being one of these?

    Does your son live with you?
    Has he had a Notice of Enforcement from Marstons prior to the visit?
