    What rights do beneficiaries have.

    Are there any circumstances in which beneficiaries have the right to see deceased's bank accounts for the years prior to death ? Would be so grateful for any advice

      Because my stepson (one of residual beneficiaries) is asking for all my late husband's financial information for the last four years. I held joint POA with my husband's brother and am sole executor.
