  • taking out an injunction

Hi, a frined of mine needs to take out an injunction against somebody who has been making threats. Any idea how to do this please? Have phoned the Court and just got an answering machine; googled it and have come to the idea this must be done through a solicitor? Can anyone confirm this please, also any special kind of solicitor?

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.
