    If I may say so you seem to be treating this as something of little or no importance.
    It is for 6000

    Have you taken formal legal advice, I know Di has given lots which you seem to have ignored, the firm she works for is an expert in the field.

    Please take this seriously unless you are prepared for your Son to have a ccj or you have a spare 6k knocking about to pay it off. Either way I suspect more creditors will come knocking.

      im taking this very seriously and I've totally appreciated the advice provided to me . Particularly Di who has been very helpful and supportive.
