  • rodejayi172 can i sue EE or Lowell for damage to credit worthiness

I just won a ccj claim last April brought by Lowell who bought a sopposed debt from EE.Judge dismissed case faulted default and agreed I paid what I reasonably owed them as advised to me before I travelled for a year.Since 2011 EE and Lowell wrongfully issued default and made damaging enteries on my credit file thereby annihilating my credit worthiness.Been denied credit as a result.Kindly enlighten me if I could sue either EE or Lowell for general damages to my credit worthiness. Thanks all.

so EE had to issue the default in the 1st place - lowells would of changed owner not any dates once they purchased the alledged debt!? so say any sueing if possible would be against EE!
