Hi could anyone help with with Enforcement Agency? Do I have to let them into my home? This is for a CCJ that I didn't know I had - went to my previous address and just found out about it. Harrison's enforcement agency want to visit me at home and I'm not sure what to do. Any advice? Thank you!

    Re: Enforcement Agency

For Harrisons to be involved the debt must have been for more than £600 and not related to the Consumer Credit Act. Is it a debt you are aware of? Could it have been Statute Barred before the original Claimant took action? If you do have knowledge of it could you have afforded to pay it all in lump sum?

Providing they are visiting you at a residential address then they have no automatic right of entry, but may seize anything of value outside - car possibly.
