  • I have consent from all parties to reschedule hearing - what now?

M hearing was set during a holiday which was pre-booked in advance many months ago.

All the parties did give me consent to reschedule the hearing, thankfully. But I don't know what to do now? What form should I complete? Should I write to the court directly?

And also, what form do I fill in to get the fees waived?

    Any help would be appreciated.

      Thank you

I do not receive benefits as I recently started my new job (£35k a year). However, all my disposable income goes towards an IVA. It doesn't seem like I'm eligible for the Help With Fees.

      What can I do?
