Did nothing said I should contact britannia. They confirmed the offence was 19th April.
paper work on final demand said 9th .
And the alloted time was 2 hour stay at the time.
Which would make the total time I was there 2hours 15 mins.

Demand of 160 is by 7th June.

Hi Zhyaxx

I'll ask our Kati if she can start your own personal thread. (Pretty please? )

2 people on 1 thread gets a bit confusing.

Two people yes. But we all are facing the same problem, would it be more prudent to keep this on the same thread as I am asking the question to the original thread owner the outcome they have experienced which may in turn help with myself and one other or others finding an answer to the problem in hand

What we often tend to find is that, while the initial queries may be very similar, different situations develop at different paces & sometimes have differing outcomes.

The two situations are different. The only common thing is the receipt of a PCN and contact from DRP. One is for unauthorised parking, the other is for exceeding the time allowed. It is already confused and could result in incorrect advice being given.

I'll see if I can give @Kati a nudge.

You can also keep an eye on what's happening on this thread & contribute/ask any questions you want.

(This'll give our Kati a problem. Does this post go in the new thread, or does it stay here? I have every confidence in her wisdom & judgment, though! )
