    hi there new to this i had a ccj registered in my name from a loan with welcome finance that i took out in 2007 didnt hear of the ccj until this year which then took action to get set aside as was statue barred debt the set aside was given and had to put a defence stating their was no payment or acknowledgement of this debt since 2007 which would made 6 years in 2013 cabot then brought the debt in 2014 and placed the ccj 2015 i given my defence stating the mortimer clarke have no come back saying it not statue barred due to agreement being terminated in 2012 which is over 5 years since any acknowlegment of the debt is this correct ?

    was it a loan that ran for Xamount of years? or did it have a repayment date??

      it was loan that was taken out with welcome on an agreement they have sent me that has a signature but no date to say what date it was signe by me as welcome have told me on the phone that in 2007 it was redone but only thing i can see on the fixed sum lona agreement credit act 1974 is duration of agreement 36 month s with monthly payment s
