          Retailer join in manufacturer if i beat retailer they beat man same time will this mean there are 2 potential adverse costs in play man has big cheque book 100m pa turnover could i apply to cap costs to have level playing field could 1 or both do a part 36 offer at present defendant admit nothing soon heading for expert witness order,hope this gives something to feed on
