    Does anyone have any advice on settlement offers ie a certain % of the whole amount etc..?

      From reading their email it looks like they are playing hardball , all or noting however I am told Lowell often take it to the wire

      If you make an offer head any letter without prejudice

      I would maybe write asking them to make YOU an offer for settlement

      If they do not respond you could maybe make a start at 15-20%

      Do you have a court date?
