      Thank you, i am a bit unclear of the purpose of a witness statement. Since sending in my defence several weeks ago i have had no supporting documents sent to me by the Claimant.

        Many a Claimant has discontinued a case when faced with a well-drafted WS.
        This may help.

        Any supporting evidence should be cross-referred 'Exhibit whatnest 1, Exhibit whatnest 2 etc & attached to the WS.
        Also read some of the examples in the link on post #2.
