Re: Suspended with pay pending investigation

        Don't worry.

In terms of the letter you have had and preparing for the meeting on Monday you need to spend some time going through each of the allegations they have raised and make notes as to how you want to respond to them. It is much better to do this today/tomorrow quietly and calmly. You don't need to do it all in one go and you can come back to your notes and refine them untill you are happy with what you have prepared as your response.

I think you should, as far as you feel able, explain briefly the stress you are under in your personal life with your health and the responsibilities you have supporting unwell family members. These are mitigating factors.

Take these notes with you on Monday and refer to them as often as you need to. At the moment it is still an investigation and they want to hear your version of events. So make the best of that time to put across your perspective on the allegations made.
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com
