Thank you, do the debt agency ever visit the home?

No. Well not that I have ever heard of.

If you mean bailiffs ? They can't use a bailiff (enforcement officer) without obtaining a County Court judgment first. You would have plenty of opportunity to defend a court claim, but we haven't seen a court claim issued against an individual consumer since the Oxford case.

May as well keep the library up to date Have you had a read of the letters I posted yesterday so you know exactly what to expect? Hopefully being forewarned will take a little bit of the stress away.

I have thanks, and there was nothing they sent after the last one? May ask is this someone who has sent all the letters on? Do you know what happened since?

Re: Marks and S & Boots

As I recall a couple of people got a further letter from Rlp afterwards but that does seem to be it - threads do tend to just die off sadly but I'm pretty sure if any of the people posting letters had had anything further happen or actual court action back they'd come back to say /ask for help. Trouble is there can be months between letters so it's a while before you know it's over. I'll try nudge people to update

If I ring them and say I no longer live at that address then what would be their reply?

no idea tbh ... although I'd suggest that you just ignore them completely. If you feel that you MUST contact them then keep everything in writing xx
