I have just received a letter from my local council saying my name and address has accidentally been emailed out to people who subscribe to the local children's centre. Apparently instead of emailing out the children centres 'what's on guide' they emailed peoples names and home addresses, including mine. This is particularly concerrning for me as I left the area where the childrens centre is due to domestic violence and told no one my new address. Now I'm extremely concerned who has my new address and I'm ver upset this has happened and wondered where I stand legally?
