    Can a Judge send you to prison for contempt if you don't turn up at an order for question hearing? If so how long can you get?

      Judge may impose sanctions such as a fine or jail for someone found guilty of contempt of court. Judges in common law systems usually have more extensive power to declare someone in contempt than judges in civil law systems. The client or person must be proven to be guilty before he/she will be punished

        It's regarding a Loan I'd originally taken out a few years ago now and with the amount owed and court cost on top not good at all

            Yes it's too gain ask information about outgoings and income and states too if you fail to turn up you could be sent to prison for contempt
            How long can can county Judges give you?

              varies on the latest rules every case adjudged on its merits no doubt. after which no doubt you appear anyway, so what objection have you?
