    Hello.....I was on DLA untill i went for the Assessment on the 3rd May 2016 for the face to face Assessment I was awarded Standered Rate Daily Living Component on the 6th July 2016 untill May 2019 I got 2 points to cook a simple mean never asked me about cutting vegetables or lifting pans I have irthrits in my right fingers and 2 frozen shoulders Witch is hard for me to cut food up and lift items up,3 points for getting out of Bath shower,4points to dress undress upper body,nothing said about my lower body witch I told them about 4point i got 9 points in all for daily living activities,For moving around 50 metres but no more than 200 metres,I allso told the Assessor i do forget sometimes to take my medication i still got 0 points for that,I fall alot with haveing irthrits in my in my knees,witch i told the Assessor,Nothing was said about my Asthma,Osteoporosis of the knees,Synovial chondromatosis,Subacromial impingement,Mechanical lower back pain,Sciatica witch they are all on going conditions,In the award letter it said how disability affect you and the finding of my musculoskeletal examination,I know I have had PIP abit now but is there anything I can do please or Could you please give me some advice on this Thank you

      Sorry to hear of your problems.
      As it is now nearly a year since you were awarded PIP you have missed the time limit for mandatory reconsideration and appeal to a trbunal.
      Also a "revision" would not appear to be appropriate.
      However you may be able to obtain a supersession,but you will probably need specialist advice.
      In the first instance I would consider contacting an organisation like Disability Rights UK (https://www.disabilityrightsuk.org/a...d-supersession).

                You could report a change in circumstances, that your condition has worsened or you need more aids/help with daily living.
                You write to DWP what has changed, the date of the change, your name , Nat Ins no and DOB this info should be on your award letter.
