in truth, he hasn't really bothered me, in person, it's just that he said things to other people and asked people to place a watch over me and encouraged them to make reports about me. I'd thought that I had put it behind me, and then, out of the blue, when i requested the return of my deposit, he sent me an email, basically accusing me of ripping him off and cc'd it to my current landlady! It made me wonder what else he had been saying since, inexplicably, she gave me notice two months after i moved in, without any warning. So, yes, I'm going to pursue it. Also, i'm going to apply to the tribunal for a rent repayment order from my current landlady because of the criminal harassment, boundary changes and unfair terms that she imposed on me that have choked off my business.
