  • HPH2 LTD ( Lloyds banking group)

    Hi ,

JUst new here in this forum just stressed out when I receive a letter from Robinson way last saturday of Feb.5,2017
the thing was the letter did not mention anything how, where and to whom do I owe the money and that makes me
determined to dig on how this Robinson way works.
The thing that I just remembered was having an overdraft on Halifax last 2010 but I stop not to use it for some reason after using
for couple of months the number that I remembered was £200 something not sure so I was thinking if they come to ask for the payment
    of this overdraft for ages?///
can you give me some advice please on what to do.... I appreciate it much if you can... thanks

That sounds like a phishing letter to me

Have you moved address in recent years? Perhaps they're trying to trace you or flush you out by provoking a response.

If they were certain they were writing to the correct person they would have said what the debt was for and how much etc.

Don't assume you have a debt because it may be someone with a similar name they're hunting.

Having said that Hoist have recently been pursuing a load of Halifax debts which they've bought. Robinson Way work on behalf of Hoist (hence your thread title).
