      Presumably the Creation claim with Lowell is different to the Shop Direct / BW Legal claim that you sorted out a settlement on ? Might be worth finishing this thread off with a positive and starting a new thread to look at your Creation claim with the hearing at the end of the month. Will need to look at your defence and documents provided to be able to help really.

        I did finish on a positive, very early this morning, regarding previous issue.
