  • Dissolver company but still shows two active officers?

    Hi!

I have been mucked around Royally by a betting company called Betway - they are based in South Africa, but accept bets online in the UK.

Their companies House info is below.

As you will see, the company shows as dissolved, yet under the officers tab on Companies House website, it shows six resigned and two people still active (shown below). My question is can I take this company to Court in the UK Small Claims via one of these two people?

It would be extremely difficult to hold the directors liable for a Ltd company. As it was dissolved in 2010 a claim may be statute barred in any event.
