Re: Private parking appeals - no contact! Can anyone help?

Private Parking Appeals have been alerted to this thread via 'Mystery 1's" twitter feed. - However Mystery 1 is enticing posters to possibly breach our terms and conditions - perhaps he will indemnify customers in that case?

Unlike other posters on this thread however, names will not be mentioned.

@ Forumite - I can confirm that you are still being supported by Private Parking Appeals in the event you receive a court claim. A late response to the LBCCC has already been sent on your behalf as you were already out of time.
There are always two sides to a situation.

@ Adam T - he has already been allocated a case handler now we have received his details and documents

can you specify exactly how mystery1 is doing this please? And possibly email me a copy of your terms and conditions (see my signature for details) so I can see what could possibly be breached by the posts on this thread?

I would be happy to remove staff members names if you require me to, all you'll have to do is tell me which posts/names etc...

I'm sure Forumite will be glad to hear this ... are you willing to assist with a court claim if the late response is rejected?

PPA have the same sort of arguments on the PePiPoo forums, ie lack of response, so I don't think it's just on here. There is also threats to posters on that forum as well. I don't think it's just unique to LB.

If you run a business, and it is, then customer satisfaction should be paramount. Lack of response is annoying and worrying at times.

As our terms and conditions state, we do not do business on, nor deal with complaints, on forums. If you have a complaint about the service you receive, then the complaints process is detailed in our terms and conditions, and fully complies with the requirements of our ADR provider.

I agree.

Apart from telling you the appeal has been processed and sent to the parking company, what else would you like to know, and how soon? We are still waiting for Parking Company and Debt Collector responses from over 18 months ago in some cases. And we have nothing to tell you if they refuse to talk to us.

As far as I'm concerned, I sent all the required documents on November 11th 2016.

PPALTD, I have now been told that my application has been processed and sent to the parking company.

I assume you did read the Terms and conditions, before ticking the box on the form stating you had done so? http://privateparkingappeals.co.uk/t...nd-conditions/ where there is a whole section marked Complaints and Disputes...

I am not interested in mud-slinging in either direction, but if you wish me to detail exactly why we couldn't assist you, when your documents finally arrived, such as the fact that CEL is not ParkingEye, I'm more than happy to do so.

Yes, some detail would be very welcome, thank you. I look forward to receiving that. Can I assist any further? Please let me know.

Well, the complaints procedure is as detailed, so, as we do not respond to or deal complaints on forums, I'll let you follow the documented process from here.

I'm assuming I have no need to complain now, as I have discovered that you submitted a late response and are still supporting me.
Believe me, I will be the first to come back on here and sing your praises if you succeed in helping me with this case.

@ Avneet83 : What do you mean by a court order? Is it a N1 Court Claim form ?

Have you contacted PPA, by phone or email?

I would recommend you start your own thread about the matter and post up copies of the PCN you received and the court form, with identifying details removed.

It is a regular complaint on the PePiPoo forums and usually results in a spat with the owner.

What did you pay them for ? (an appeal etc not WTF did you waste your money for)

In order to assist you with the parking matter, we'd need to see sanitised versions of the claim, PCN, signs etc
