  • Stay Application

I have made an unless order application and the court turned down and listed a hearing for the lift of the stay. in the meantime the solicitor sent me all the requested documents:

the credit agreement is a two pages document first page the main terms and the second page where my signature is:
the points I am not sure about:

there is an initial creditor and a substituted creditor , it was signed and dated before my signature and date by the initial creditor. no signature by the substituted creditor. the second page has no header and nothing to link it to the first page.

in the first page there is no reference to my rights of cancellation which as I understand renders the agreement unenforceable.

if anyone can help me with this, it is very urgent.
