    Hello,

I was hoping that somebody may be able to help me identify and contact the parent company that owns this service. The links on their website for Phone, Email, Fax are not active and the phone number that appears hidden within the site just defaults to "their are no receptionists available to help you with your call"

I paid for their 1 Day Passport Service. I was aware that all they do is make an appointment for you. However the Appointment Confirmation Number and Day were incorrect. In fact what information they sent me was for an 8yr old girls first passport on the following day. I paid 153.00 pounds and received nothing. I drove 70 miles each way to be told by the passport office in Durham that I did not have an appointment and that they could not fit me in. I was supposed to be on a plane to the USA today - Saturday 1/7/2017.

I figured I would post the appointment confirmation here. Can anyone help with any kind of contact info for the company.

Thank you for any help you may be able to share with me. Chris.

        Re: passports-office.co.uk

Thanks so much. Yes, I had to cancel it. I live in the US and had a business appointment today. So now I have to buy another ticket, try and figure out my Passport etc, etc.

I contacted my bank and initiated a Fraud claim.

        Chris.

Ok. It might be worth asking Durham Passport Office to confirm in writing that they didn't have an appointment booked to assist with your fraud claim. Alternatively If you paid by credit card you could make a section 75 claim to your credit card provider.

Some info here on how to get a passport urgently (it's ours) https://urgentpassportservices.wordpress.com/

            Re: passports-office.co.uk

Thanks a bunch. I will reach out to Durham Passport Office first thing Monday morning. I showed them the confirmation email and the member of staff just started nodding his head and said that they are aware of the company and that they have tried to get them shut down with no success.

I'd just like to be reimbursed at this point. But am happy to take it further if there is a chance of being made whole. Chris..
