  • Letters requesting more money from soliciotrs acting on behalf of cabot

I have a CCJ against me as i found it difficult totake care of my debts when suffering depression. i have an payment agreement and not missed any payments now the ccj solicitors are demanding a review. I have never missed a payment if i continue to pay even though they may want more can they take further action against me and send in the bailiffs?
Thank in advance just need some reassurance.

No - they would have to apply to a court to get another assessment review, if you are up to date, it would seem that they are on a mission to get increases no doubt hoping you cave in and pay more than the court order, see what happens next if anything from them! sure others will comment also, so relax

Is the payment arrangement one agreed with the Court or is it a mutual one.
