Lowell Financial Debt Agencies

Hi, I have been receiving a letter from Lowell regarding an unpaid debt amounting to £252.57 I requested for a copy of agreement and statement with regards to this debt I have recevied the statement and according to the statement I signed for a credit agreement from GRATTAN.CO.UK as far as I an remember I do not hold any account from this catalougue shop and I can see from the agreement that there was no signature on it. The agreement was addresed on my previous address so I am worried that my name was used to create this account. Can you please let me know what is my next step from this situation. Thanks.
