Hi there, first time using thus site.
My partner has had debt issues since we met 2 and a half years ago.
He's always received letters from Lowell's about 6 separate debts her has and he's always ignored them.
But thus last 2 weeks ges received 2 letters from Lowell's solicitors, for one debt he had with jd Williams for £1090. The latest letter says letter of claim
Should he ignore this or is this letter genuine and they will pursue court action?
