Basically
Received a pcn in October 2014
I was not driving.
I was not in the country.
I am now being contacted by bwlegal on a regular basis asking for money. 154pounds.
I've send them evidence that I wasn't in the country and asked them to stop harassing me. The only personal reply I've had is the harassment letter. They now state they will contact their client to begin a county court judgement.
