Mediation really depends on what you wish to pay to get it over with or even drop your claim and i won't claim costs. It doesn't work too often.

What possible evidence could you have to prove the claim form doesn't meet the rules ? It's a matter of fact. The claim form and the rules. What evidence would any right minded person expect you to have ? #idiots

They don't want to show you the contract. That's up to them. The court will order everything to be filed at least 14 days prior to a hearing so if they don't they can't use it unless the judge is generous to them.

You are allowed to state you are not the driver.

    Bluff and bluster really.

Hi just as an update for anyone who's following or sees this in the same situation also if anyone asks you for help Mystery1. All cases between Indigo parking and NHS staff have been ordered to be stayed allowing one or two lead cases to be tried. This was following an order from DJ Coates on 15 March in one of the first cases. Indigo have been ordered to inform Cardiff court of all cases currently in progress in any court so they can be moved to cardiff.

This is the case though Indigo are still trying to sneak one or two through the system. The main issue for Indigo is going to be the signs. They are asking £200 for a £20 ticket. You can see there is no provision on the signs for "additional" costs and the belief is that ZZPS/WH have been adding these sums just to get people to pay. Some have.

Lots of these cases being helped by TEPAG. Cardiff is the court where all these cases will end up.
Not here a lot but you'll find me on Pepipoo.
