  • Order of production of means

I today received the above mentioned court form delivered in hand by a court representitive. The debt in question is for just under £6000 and originally bank related.

My debts and problems stem from gambling issues and I do not wish to avoid or excuse them. I am currently long term unemployed (although now seeking) and suffer massively from anxiety and I avoid being at home for the risk of the knock at the door so my question is what is the courts next course of action given my circumstanses? I have 2 children and a parter but no assests of recoverable value.

I completly accept this is all of my own doing and if head burying was in the olympics id have the gold medal! I can offer to make a monthly payment which is pathetic in terms of the debt ie maybe £70 per month. help :tinysmile_cry_t:
