  • Setting aside and order for a hearing I was unable to attend due to injury.

I was due to attend a hearing for a case that had been moved from City to City and became 2seperate claims , the initial was issued as a default which I had set aside in my City Court then
it went to another City where all the facets where not considered, however the cases became consolidated and a hearing set in a suitable distance for both parties.. I had an accident in the car a week before the hearing . some days before the hearing I developed chronic back and hip pains and manage d to get an appointment with the Chiropractor, I provided these details to the Court and sent several /emails letters asking these to be read out in Court on the day or inform the Judge via the Court Manager . My case was struck out and the Judge found for the other side..
The Judge was never made aware of the emails or appointments but made and order on the day for me to pay the opponent with costs ..Can I apply for a set aside, appeal or reinstate the case?
However I was due to pay the order by yesterday which was sent to the wrong address as were previous letters ref the hearing.. What can I do TIME IS TICKING ...HELP.
