car, phone and tablet taken away - no notice

Please can someone give advice.
I am a sales rep and just now the MD turned up at my home ( I am off sick since yesterday ) . He arrived with with another employee. Questioning me about my sickness ( back pain ) and also about money i collected from a customer on saturday. This money is at my girlfriends place as i went there after work for the weekend. Basicly he sais im lying and there is no trust. Then demanded the company car, tablet and phone and left.
I have been employed by this company for 13 months, so i know i cant do anything with a tribunal.
where do i stand ?
any advice is good.

You have been employed for less than 2 years and as such can not claim unfair dismissal, If you had been and the employer breaches your contract of employment you can reisign in response to the breach.

However, in this case you would first need more than 2 years employment and then show that the items you referred to can be used for private use as you are on the sick at the present time.

In my opinion unfortunately there is nothing you can do.
