  • Advice on removing a non molestation order

    Hi, I'm new here Thankyou for taking your time to read my thread.
    I'd like to try and remove a non molestation order but I have no idea where to start.. Do I write, phone or fill in a form etc. And if so who do I contact?! Any help would be very great full Thankyou

    You will need to apply to the court to remove this order. You can do this by filling out a FL403 Form which can be found here:*https://www.gov.uk/government/public...ng-proceedings

    It is sensible to include the original order in the application and also give reasons why you wish for the order to be discharged.

    You must make the application to the court that originally granted the order.
