  • Civil Restraining Order in Family Court?

Hello, my ex took me to court for custody and after 5 dates and 11 months a Child Arrangement order was made detailing contact and handovers. He took me to court again, because he didn't like the handover arrangements in the original order. The handover arrangements were kept the same by another judge (3 court dates). He has said this morning he is taking me to court, yet again, over the handover arrangements.
At what point can I get a Civil Restraining Order to stop him taking me to court over this? 2 Judges have made the same Orders - he can't have the right to do this for the rest of her life, it's been 2 years of court and he just won't accept what has been ordered. He is a bully and is now using the courts to bully me.
Any advice? Anyone done it for Family Court? I can't see any forms to complete on the Gov website, or do I have to wait till we are in court again and ask the Judge to order it?
    Thank you.
