  • Signing B2B Invoices

    Hello!
We are planning to offer financial analytical service by subscriptions. We have incorporated in Hong-Kong. Our clients will be primarily institutional clients (hedge funds, prop trading firms and CTAs).
The company is not planning to hire the directors/managers at the moment – and the only two partners are the shareholders.
I wanted to ask regarding the B2B invoices and protecting us from any claims from the clients regarding our service (which is very solid and top quality but still).
If we sell subscriptions online – clients can just tick the AGREE to TERM to proceed with the purchase.
How do we do it if we do it via invoices? Do we have to sign each invoice and require the clients to sign it as well (each invoice would contain a section with the disclaimer/terms of use).
Do you think it can be possible in practice to have them sign the invoice with the disclaimer WITHOUT us having to sign the invoice as well?
Or just send them the invoice with the DISCLAIMER and a clause that states that the USE OF OUR SERVICE PRESUMES FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THE DISCLAIMER?
I have attached the example invoice in PDF format

Thanking you and hope to hear from you soon!
