    CC request reply returned with signed application form, is this enough?

    Hi, I sent a CCA request to MBNA via Moorgate they have sent me a copy of a signed MBNA application form (signed by myself) and have attached terms and conditions for the credit card not signed by either party.

    Is this sufficient to cover for a CCA?

    bump - can anyone advise? Have attached returned copy they sent off application form and T&C's.
