Seems to open ok for me.

Much clearer than the document in post #51; is that as unintelligible in real life?

          Update
          Now it doesn't open!

The letters from Mortimer are crystal clear. The t's and C's are really that bad. Both taken by the same camera.

              What are your thoughts Diane?

              All feedback is hugely welcome.

If that's the best they've got, imho it's nowhere near compliant.

".....we will refer this matter to our client for further instruction."
Imho it doesn't amount to a letter before claim; it doesn't even mention prospective litigation.
Me? I'd just file it; I guess you've already written to them re the non-compliant documentation; what more can you say?
Playing letter tennis is just a waste of time & money.

                      Re: CCA never sent

I have written to them and they've asked me to tell them why I believe the debt is unenforceable. There seems to be some conflicting advice on what to do next. I'm really not sure on my next move.

                        Lol!
So are they paying you to do their job for them?
                        Or jump through their hoops?
The next significant move is theirs to make, anyway........
The choice is yours, of course, but if they sense any signs of weakness they may well go for the jugular regardless, in the hope that you'll fold.

Last question of the evening I promise. Ignore and hope they're just pushing their luck or offer to pay a reduced amount?

It really does have to be your choice.
I think you know what I would do in the circumstances.

It's not really conflicting advice. In fact it's not even advice.

It's options for you to consider and then you make up your own mind what would work best for you.
