Earl Haig (Hounslow) parking ticket

I have also received a parking charge notice for being at the site for 14 minutes but I had not left my car.. The parking charge had been sent to my house and all it has is a picture of my car entering and exiting the site only not even of my car parked up. There are no signs that say if you enter the site without paying you will be fined! Do I have any case??
