Ccj sold on asset link

Ccj 2010 paying by monthly standing order.
today rec a letter for asset link capital advising lloyds bank have sold this debt on 29.06.16 also included In the letter was letter from LLOYDS confirming debt passed to asset link...do I just change my standing order to this company is this the correct procedure?

Does the letter from Asset link mention the CCJ ?

They will have to inform the court in the change in judgment owner as well so you might want to check with them they have done that.

No mention of the CCJ it mentions if it has been subject to legal action or charging order link will notice the solicitor handing the case...I did not have a solicitor and I don't own a property

Oops they letter says they will notify my solocitor...do I need to write to them or do we have a template letter I can set up my monthly standing order should I do this..i Don't want the to say I have defaulted on my monthly payment ccj

Keep the standing order as is at the moment..

Will they be able to take me to court again? I have never missed a payment
