Help needed: Robinson Way chasing old Nationwide Bank Account

Hi All,

I am in desperate need of some advice on how to deal with Robinson Way who are chasing a Nationwide Bank Account debt, the debt is due to drop off my credit record at the end of the year.

I have never acknowledged the debt at all which is for £490, the letter said that they may consider legal action if I don't respond or dispute the debt. Also this debt is mainly made up of bank charges.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
