  • Premier Parking Solutions - parking ticket

I was issued a parking ticket in Feb 2015 by the above company in Plymouth. I was staying there with my wife whilst working. I payed for two 24 hr tickets that over lapped by 3 hrs. The issue is that I went to work for the morning and when I returned I allegedly parked in a 4 hr bay, so they ticketed me. I believe that I was directed to this spot by their signs. Also at the time of issue I was still actually in Plymouth dockyard. I have emailed the security at the dockyard and they have confirmed that they can see a car of my type leaving the dockyard at the time the ticket was issued. Although they can not confirm registration. I have contacted the company on several occasions with proof of parking tickets purchased for the weekend and the email from the dockyard but they refuse to forget about it. They have now issued a claim form through the court. I have responded to this online stating the above and their solicitor has emailed me saying that the company wish to proceed with with a non oral hearing.

could anybody please advice on how to proceed with this?

    Many Thanks

Can you post a copy of the claim and defence (suitably sanitised).

Put your local court on the directions questionnaire and a little cover note stating that you do not agree to a non oral hearing (paperwork only).
