Yes You should get a letter from the court stating your defence has been filed in a week or so, then wait 28 days to see whether the claimants will be continuing the case.

Re: Very confused and worried about a Lowell Court claim

        Hello, me again.

well I followed all your advice and it went silent. After I received confirmation from the Court that they received my defence I heard nothing more.

Till now. I have now received a *Directions Questionaire* (small claims track) form that has been filed in the County Court business centre.

        It states Settlement/Mediation.

It says I should have received the same for review and completion - but I have not. This is dated 09/10/2016.

So what do I do now please? It says if I have any queries to please contact them - it does not say anything about contacting the Court.

Sorry to drag this out, I thought it was over.

Contact the court on Monday to get an update.
